I had a fantastic time exploring the area, as the hotel was just a few minutes from the MSP Airport and almost a 2 km stroll to the Mall of America, which made it super easy to enjoy shopping and attractions like the SEA LIFE aquarium and Nickelodeon Universe; plus, the staff were friendly and the hot and cold breakfast was a great start to my day, but the shuttle service could use clearer identification for drivers.

During my recent stay at Hyatt Place, I encountered both positives and negatives. The room lacked ironing facilities, which was a bit inconvenient as I had some wrinkled clothes that needed attention. I did not utilize the laundry services, so I cannot comment on that. I did not experience the airport shuttle service during my stay, but I did hear from other guests that it was a helpful amenity. The friendly staff provided excellent service, and we appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to the airport, making our travels hassle-free.
